1 small can ham, drained
1 c. shredded cheese
1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small can mushrooms (optional), drained

Grease 1 (9-inch) pie pan or a 10-inch quiche pan. Scatter drained ham in pan. Evenly scatter cheese over ham. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour into pan.

Bake at 400°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
