LEMON BARS 
1/2 c. soft butter, use real butter
1 1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar

Combine mix on low speed for 1 minute; pat into 8 inch ungreased square pan; bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees until edges are brown.

FILLING:

2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix. Pour over partially baked crust, return to oven for 18-20 minutes. When cool, liberally sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into squares.
