ROMAN'S BAKED BEANS 
1 lb. navy beans
1/4 to 1/2 lb. pork or ham pieces
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook beans in water for a few hours. Then put them in large baking jar with all ingredients. Cover with water - add more if needed during baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 4 to 6 hours.
