DUTCH APPLE PIE | |
1 plain pie crust 6 med. size apples, sliced 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar Mix flour, sugar, and cloves together. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. Pour over apples in pie shell. Sprinkle cinnamon and 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar over top. Bake in hot (400 degree) oven for 10 minutes then reduce heat to moderate (350 degrees) and finish baking. |
