SKINNY MINESTRONE SOUP 
8 oz. Italian turkey sausage, crumbled
1 c. diced onions
1 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 c. canned Italian tomatoes
4 tsp. beef bouillon
4 c. hot water
2 c. cabbage, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. zucchini, sliced
12 oz. canned Great Northern Beans, drained, reserve liquid

Step 1: Spray nonstick Dutch oven with nonstick cooking spray. Brown sausage until pink color disappears. Add onion, carrots and basil; cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Stir in tomatoes with liquid, bouillon, water, cabbage, salt and pepper.

Step 3: Bring soup to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered for 45 minutes. Add zucchini and cook 10 minutes.

Step 4: Stir in beans with liquid and cook another 20 minutes.

Step 5: Divide into 4 equal servings.
