WET BURRITOS 
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. can refried beans or rice
Salsa
Flour tortillas
16 oz. can tomato sauce
Grated Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Brown meat and drain fat. Add refried beans or rice and the amount of salsa to your taste. Spoon approximately 1/2 cup of meat mixture in flour tortilla and roll into a burrito. The tortilla will not crack if you heat it in a frying pan or microwave a batch first. Place burritos in a baking pan close together. Pour tomato sauce and spread the grated cheese over each. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
