SKILLET SAUSAGE 'N POTATOES 
1 lb. Polish sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning

In large non-stick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat for about 3 minutes until browned. Remove with slotted spoon. Add oil to skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add potatoes, onions, peppers and seasoning. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender. Stirring once, stir in sausage and heat through.

Makes 4 servings.
