STEAK SAUCE 
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 sm. bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sherry (not cooking sherry)

Brown mushrooms in butter. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until onions are tender. Spoon over steaks or serve in a gravy boat. Serves 4. Recipe may be doubled.
