SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked squash
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. evaporated milk

Mash squash; add other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole dish and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
