BLUEBERRY NUT CRUNCH | |
1 (No. 2 1/2) can crushed pineapple 2 c. blueberries 1 box yellow cake mix 1 c. sugar (divided into 3/4 c. and 1/4 c.) 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 c. pecans, chopped Lightly grease 9x13 inch pan. Spread undrained pineapple over bottom of pan. Add layer of blueberries and sprinkle on 3/4 cup sugar. Spread dry cake mix over all. Drizzle melted butter over cake. Top with nuts and sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Take from oven; cut down to bottom of pan to let juice rise. Return to oven and bake 10-15 minutes longer. |
