PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
4 c. bread cubes
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained

Mix all ingredients together except eggs. Beat egg yolks and whites separately. Add yolks to mixture, then fold in beaten egg whites last. Put into casserole (buttered). Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Good as a side dish with turkey or chicken.
