CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 c. popcorn
1 tsp. baking soda

Pop popcorn and put in brown bag sprayed with Pam. Cook sugar, corn syrup and butter on High in microwave for 3 minutes. Stir and cook 1 1/2 more minutes. Take out and stir in soda. Pour over popcorn. Microwave 1 minute on High. Take out and shake. Repeat 3 to 4 times. Then pour in bowl and break loose.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
