BARBECUED FLANK STEAK 
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 green onion, chopped
1 lg. garlic clove, crushed
1 1/2 lb. flank steak, trimmed of fat

Combine first 7 ingredients. Place steak in a large glass baking dish and pour marinade over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning steak twice.

Prepare grill. Grill steak to desired doneness, 4 to 5 minutes per side for rare. Slice into thin strips across grain. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
