1 (3 lb.) brisket 1 can bouillon soup 1 can consomme soup Lawry's seasoned pepper Garlic powder Place brisket in crock pot, fat side up. Sprinkle seasoned pepper and garlic powder generously. Add soups, undiluted. Turn crock pot to high for 6 to 8 hours. Ten minutes before serving, carefully transfer meat to a cutting board and cover. Transfer juice to a saucepan to make gravy, using cornstarch mixture or flour mixture. Slice brisket against the grain. |
