STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops (approx. 2 1/2 inch thick)
1 bell pepper (diced sm.)
1 white onion (diced sm.)
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 ribs celery
2 green onions (diced sm.)
1 box bread crumbs (15 oz.)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine in a large bowl celery, bell pepper, green onions, white onions, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 2 1/2 cups of water. Mix well. Make sure the chops are cut in the center or on the side. Put pork chops in a large casserole dish and stuff them. Bake about 2 1/2 hours at 350 degree F.
