PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, whipped
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, beaten
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. (20 squares) crushed graham crackers
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Prepare the crust first and allow it to cool. Mix graham crackers, melted butter and sugar. Press mixture firmly into a pie pan and bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. To prepare filling, chip cream cheese and add peanut butter, sugar and beaten eggs. Fold in Cool Whip, combining well. Pour into cooled crust and freeze. Thaw 1/2 hour before serving. A drizzle of chocolate syrup is optional.
