BAKED ZITI 
1 1/2 boxes ziti
4 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ricotta cheese
1 egg
Grated Romano cheese
1 1/2 qts. sauce
4 to 6 slices Mozzarella cheese or 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
1 tsp. oregano

Cook ziti according to directions. Drain, then return to pan. Add butter, salt to taste. Add grated cheese and toss until all ziti has some cheese sticking to it.

Combine ricotta and egg and oregano in separate bowl. Add to ziti by tossing. Do not mash. Pour sauce to cover bottom of pan. Add ziti. Cover with remaining sauce. Spread Mozzarella cheese over top. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese melts.
