Banana
Soft butter
Cinnamon-sugar

Spread slice of bread (raisin bread is cook's favorite) with small amount of soft butter. Cut banana into 1/4 inch diagonal slices. Place banana slices on bread, leaving a little edge of bread showing. Spread just a bit more butter on top of banana slices and then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Toast under broiler until the edges are toasted
