CRAB PUFFS 
1 pkg. English muffins
1 jar Old English cheese
1 tsp. minced onions (dry or fresh)
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Cream all ingredients except crab meat and English muffins. Fold in crab meat. Split English muffins and spread mixture on top of English muffins. Then place on cookie sheet and put in freezer for approximately 15 minutes. Then cut each English muffin in 6 pieces. Then place on cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes until lightly brown.

Any uncooked muffins can be put in Ziploc bag and frozen for later.
