CRAB CHEESE PUFFS 
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. fresh crab meat or 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained
5 English muffins, separated

Place butter, mayonnaise, garlic salt and cheese together. Gently stir in crab meat. Spread mixture evenly over English muffins. Cut each muffin half into quarters (4 wedges). Place on cookie sheet. Broil muffins until lightly browned on top. Serve hot. (Can be frozen up to 3 months.) Freeze uncooked; broil before serving.
