SESAME CRAB CHEESE BALLS | |
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) Alaskan King Crab 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos Toasted sesame seeds Drain crab and slice fine. Blend softened cream cheese with lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and onion. Mix until smooth. Add drained pimento and crab. Mix well and chill. Shape into bite sized balls and roll in toasted sesame seeds. Chill. Serve on cocktail picks for appetizers. |
