COFFEE PECANS 
3 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 teaspoon pure vanilla or Kahlua

Place pecan halves on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with non-stick spray.

Combine brown and white sugar, sour cream, and remaining ingredients; cook until boiling (about 8 minutes).

Pour over nuts, separating with two forks.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 6-10 minutes. Cool.
