KEY LIME PIE 
2 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lime juice
Pinch of salt
Green food coloring
1 tsp. grated lime peel (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into baked pie shell or pre-make cookie crust pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together. Add to top of pie. Bake 5 minutes at 450 degrees. Refrigerate.
