OLIVE - CHEESE BALLS 
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sm. pimento-stuffed olives
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
Paprika

Cream butter and cheese; add flour, mixing well. Shape a small amount of dough around each olive, covering it completely. Cover with bread crumbs. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Place on ungreased cookie sheets; bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm. Yield 3 dozen.
