Pepperidge Farm Pastry Sheets, thawed

STUFFING:

2 pkg. (thawed) Jimmy Dean sausage meat (1 reg., 1 spicy)
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Diced onion
Salt and pepper

STEP 1: Roll out pastry sheets on floured board.

STEP 2: Mix stuffing ingredients together and spread on top of pastry sheets.

STEP 3: Place waxed paper over stuffing and roll again (to even out stuffing).

STEP 4: Roll up pastry sheets and fold ends over.

STEP 5: Prick with knife 3 times and brush with beaten eggs.

STEP 6: Bake at 350 degree oven until beautiful brown.
