AUNT FRANNIE'S SAUSAGE BREAD | |
1 lb. bread dough 1 lb. sausage (sweet) 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. extra sharp Provolone cheese Roll dough into a rectangular shape. Take sausage out of casing, brown in a frying pan. Drain. Mix cooked sausage with both cheeses and spread over the rolled dough. Add garlic powder and oregano to taste. Roll and seal by pinching the dough together. Brush with olive oil, and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until brown. |
