MUSHROOM SAUCE | |
3 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. flour 1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms 1 tsp. soy sauce 3/4 c. sour cream Salt & pepper Melt butter; add mushrooms and sprinkle with flour. Cook over medium heat until tender, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add soy sauce slowly. Add cream (possibly thinning with a little milk). Cook and stir until mixture bubbles and thickens. Season to taste. |
