MUSHROOM SAUCE 
4 oz. can mushrooms, undrained
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. cornstarch
Dash Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 tsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. salt

Put mushrooms and water in small saucepan. Stir in cornstarch and stir until cornstarch is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook and stir until sauce thickens and starts to boil. Serve over broiled steak. Serves 4.
