WINTER RELISH 
8 green tomatoes
1 head cabbage
6 lg. onions
1 sm. cauliflower
10 cucumbers
2 or 3 red peppers, cut fine

Put vegetables through grinder, put in kettle and nearly cover with white vinegar. Boil 15 minutes and add 2 pounds white sugar, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon turmeric and 2 tablespoons dry mustard. Boil 10 minutes. Cool. Put in jars and seal.
