DATE-NUT BREAD | |
1 lb. seeded whole dates 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 4 eggs 4 c. pecan halves 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Sift dry ingredients. Mix with fruit and nuts. Beat eggs, add vanilla, then add to fruit and nut mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour in greased loaf pan. |
