SALMON SUPREME 
1 lb. can salmon
1 sm. onion, grated
1 c. corn flake crumbs
6 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Remove skin from salmon, drain. Combine all ingredients, except egg whites, with fork or in mixer. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes in 8 inch square pan. Serve immediately. Serves 6 for dinner; 9 for lunch.
