QUICK ONION BREAD 
1 c. skim milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1 env. onion soup mix
3 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, blend milk, egg and butter. Add soup mix. Add flour, sugar and baking powder. Stir until just blended.

Spray a 9x5x3 loaf pan with vegetable coating. Place dough in pan. Bake 50 minutes or until bread tests done. Cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely.
