QUICHE 
1 (10 inch) pie shell
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Gruyere cheese
1 c. heavy cream
4 beaten eggs
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown sausage and mushrooms in frying pan. Combine with rest of ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
