VEAL PALERMO 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
6 veal steaks
1 egg, beaten
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
8 oz. tomato sauce
Dash garlic salt
2-3 tbsp. oil

Combine first 4 ingredients. Dip veal in egg, then in seasoned flour. Brown in oil. Place in shallow baking dish; top with onion and green pepper. Combine last three ingredients, pour over meat. Sprinkle on more cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
