PRUNE NUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 c. cooked mashed prunes
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat sugar, eggs and oil. Mix all dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Add pecans and prunes. Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees.
