1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained & rinsed
1 med. size green pepper, chopped
1 med. tomato, chopped
1 med. purple onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. commercial Italian dressing
Lettuce leaves

Combine first 6 ingredients. Spoon into a bowl lined with lettuce leaves.
