FILLED EGGS 
4-6 eggs
A few spoonfuls of mayonnaise
1 lemon
Herbs - parsley, chives, etc.
Anchovy paste
Mustard

Cut hard boiled eggs in half. Remove egg yolks and mash them into a smooth paste. Add mayonnaise to taste.

Mix part of egg yolk paste with herbs. Mix part of egg yolk paste with anchovy paste. Mix part of egg yolk paste with mustard.

Fill egg halves until slightly rounded. Garnish with little pieces of anchovies or pickles, capers, parsley, etc. Serve on platter decorated with lemon wedges and parsley.
