COFFEE CAKE TOFFEE DELIGHT 
1-1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. nuts
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. granulated sugar
1 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. water
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix and set aside brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Grease bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour 1/3 batter in pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 sugar mixture. Pour remaining batter; pour remaining sugar mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
