GINATAANG DAHON NG MALUNGGAY | |
1 1/2 c. coconut milk 1 tbsp. bagoong sauce 1 sm. piece ginger, smashed 1/2 c. prawns or cleaned fish, sliced 3 c. malunggay leaves Dash ajinomoto (optional) Put the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the bagoong sauce, ginger, and prawns or fish. Let boil for 5 minutes. |
