20 lb. turkey
15 plus potatoes
butter
turkey liver (from the turkey)
medium onion
1 piece salt pork
5 soda crackers
1 tsp. salt and pepper
6 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. Bells seasoning

Cook potatoes. Mash with butter when cool. Grind together onion, salt pork and crackers and add to potatoes. Add salt, pepper, sugar and Bells seasoning. Combine and stuff breast and tail cavities.

Bake turkey according to package directions.
