ALFRED'S BROCCOLI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (2 oz.) can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 c. coarsely grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light cream
1 c. herb-flavored stuffing mix
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli as directed on package, drain well in colander. Return broccoli to saucepan; stir in butter, mushrooms, cheese and cream. Fold in stuffing mix. Pour into 1 quart casserole and top with cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes. Serves 6.
