WILD RICE AND VEGGIES 
Wild rice (or regular if you prefer)
Assorted vegetables (red, green, yellow peppers, onions, mushrooms, are my favorites)
Mrs. Dash seasoning salt
Salt
Pepper

Precook rice according to directions. Set aside. Barely stir fry vegetables, leave very crisp. I use about equal amounts of vegetables and rice. In skillet, stir fry rice, browning slightly. Add vegetables and seasonings, to taste, and heat through. Serve with meat and a salad. It is pretty, different and fast.
