CHOCOLATETOWN PIE 
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla or 2 tbsp. bourbon
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Prepare pastry shell; set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small mixer bowl cream butter; add eggs and vanilla or bourbon. Combine sugar and flour; add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. Cool about 1 hour. Serve warm. Top with whipped cream or ice cream.
