RANCHO BEANS 
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. vinegar
1 pinch garlic
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 (8 oz.) can butter beans
1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans

Brown onion and green pepper in salad oil; add ground beef and brown. Drain and pour into a casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Bake at 400°F for 45 to 60 minutes.

I drain part of the juice off of the beans. Also, you can use a different variety of beans.
