SMOKED SALMON BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (6 oz.) can salmon
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tbsp. parsley flakes

Mix all ingredients together and chill well. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts and parsley flakes. May be made ahead of time and frozen. Spread on crackers or bread.
