SMOKED SALMON BALLS 
1 lb. can salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
Nuts, finely chopped
Parsley flakes

Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. Flake and combine with remaining ingredients. Form into a ball. Roll in parsley flakes and nuts. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
