VEAL SCALLOPINI 
3 lbs. boned veal, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. canned mushrooms
2 (No. 2) cans stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 cans tomato sauce
Parsley

Coat meat with flour. Brown in oil. Add other ingredients and bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
