GRANDMAMA'S MACARONI WITH CHEESE 
1/3 - 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
10-12 oz. grated cheese (1/2 mild, 1/2 strong)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Cook macaroni until done and drain. Add butter, stir until melted. Add cheese and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition. Add milk, salt, pepper and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Dot the top with butter and cook in a hot oven at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.
