CREAM OF BROCCOLI AND CHEESE
SOUP
 
2 c. chopped celery
1 c. (each) finely chopped onion, shredded Colby cheese
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. whole milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Cook celery, onion and broccoli on medium heat, stirring constantly; blend cottage cheese in blender; gradually add milk while blending, then blend in soup and colby cheese; add seasonings and heat through until ready to serve.
