KRISPIES 
6 oz. butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. water

Melt butterscotch morsels with peanut butter over low heat, stirring until well blended. Stir in 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal. Place half of mixture into buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill. Set remainder aside.

In double boiler, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, powdered sugar, butter and water together. Spread over chilled mixture. Top with reserved Krispie mixture. Chill. Cut into approximately 25 (1 1/2-inch) squares.
